Some tips you should know if you are a beginner in the practice of yoga are:

  • Choose a good material, mats are the best option.
  • Have the necessary accessories at hand before starting.
  • Practice yoga barefoot.
  • Ask all your questions to an expert, most likely your instructor.
  • Don’t push yourself too hard, keep in mind your possibilities and the limits you can’t go beyond.
