Practicing yoga during pregnancy gives you the opportunity to live it to the fullest.
The asanas modified for each moment of gestation, strengthen the body and allow you to connect with it.

  • Childhood

When doing yoga, children become aware of their own body, learn to recognize each of its parts and adopt good postures to avoid future problems, for example, back problems. In addition, they strengthen muscles and acquire flexibility.
