Restorative yoga is a very gentle form of yoga that induces deep mental and physical relaxation. It is common in the treatment of illness or in the recovery process of injuries, to treat severe stress and to generate inner balance in times of emotional tension. It is also practiced by healthy people who want to have a deep rest session. Mentally and emotionally a restorative yoga session gives us a sense of harmony and revitalization.
