Tziranda Hernandez

I am Tziranda, trained in Classical Ballet by the Royal Academy of Dance and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, I am a certified teacher in Postural Rebalancing and Biomechanics, Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT), Pilates Barre, The Garuda Method and I am currently in the process of being certified as a Les Mills Body Balance instructor as well.

I have been working, studying and practicing body movement for more than 45 years. Since 2015 I teach classes in which I integrated body, mind and emotions awareness, using exercises and techniques respectful of the human anatomy.

My goal is to help students feel stronger and more confident and gain an understanding of their own movement abilities, thus improving their quality of life and reducing the risk of injury.

My classes are an opportunity to improve health and wellness, respecting the particular anatomy of each body, and at the same time, enhancing the capabilities of each student. Classes are accessible to all levels, and easy to integrate quickly to muscle memory.

They are suitable for men and women of any age (from 15 years old) and can be performed both preventively and to recover from an injury. Every body I work with is a teacher for me, I encourage you to try it and learn together!
