  • Trained in Classical Ballet by the Royal Academy of Dance and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, I am a qualified teacher in Postural Rebalancing and Biomechanics, Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT), Pilates Barre, The Garuda Method and I am currently in the process of becoming certified as a Les Mills Body Balance instructor as well.
  • More than 45 years working, studying and practicing body movement.
  • Since 2015 teaching classes in which she integrates the awareness of body, mind and emotions, using exercises and techniques respectful of the human anatomy.
  • Its goal is to help students feel stronger and more confident and gain an understanding of their own movement abilities, thereby improving their quality of life and reducing the risk of injury.
  • Her classes are an opportunity to improve health and wellness, respecting the particular anatomy of each body, and at the same time, enhancing the capabilities of each student. Classes are accessible to all levels, and easy to integrate quickly to muscle memory.
  • The classes are suitable for men and women of any age (15 years and older) and can be used for preventive purposes as well as to recover from an injury.
