What are our classes like?
The exercises are sequences of isotonic and isometric movements, accompanied by music to reinforce coordination, with elements such as the bar, chairs, light weights, yoga mat and small pilates balls. The results are a visible improvement in elasticity, tone, balance and proprioception, helping to correct ailments and prevent injuries.

These classes are an opportunity to improve health and wellness, respecting the particular anatomy of each body, and at the same time, enhancing the capabilities of the students.
Who can participate?
The classes are accessible to all levels, and easy to integrate quickly to muscle memory. They are suitable for people of any age from 15 years and can be performed both preventively and to recover from an injury .
