Postural Correction

Postural correction classes are a combination
of personalized techniques that follow the anatomical structure of the body, along with
elements of mobility, coordination, strength work and toning.

What are our classes like?

The exercises are sequences of isotonic and isometric movements,
accompanied by music to reinforce coordination, with elements such as the bar,
chairs, light weights, yoga mat and small pilates balls.
The results are a visible improvement in elasticity, tone, balance and proprioception, helping to correct
ailments and prevent injuries.

What will they help you with?

The objective of the postural correction classes is to help students feel
stronger and more confident and to better understand their own capabilities of
movement, thus improving their quality of life and reducing the risk of injury.
These classes are an opportunity to improve health and wellness, respecting the
particular anatomy of each body, and at the same time, enhancing the capabilities of the
students.

Who can participate?

The classes are accessible to all levels, and easy to integrate quickly to
muscle memory. They are suitable for people of any age from 15
years and can be performed both preventively and to recover from an injury
.
