Personal training is the planning of physical activity and sports according to the characteristics of each person and to the objectives set at the time of starting the practice of any type of exercise, and with an approach of gradual increase in intensity as progress is made in meeting the established objectives.

The personal trainer is in charge of analyzing the physical needs of each person, defining a specific work plan and personally supervising the performance of the planned exercises and evaluating the physical evolution achieved over time.
