During a yoga session, different asanas or postures harmonized with the breath are practiced, beneficial both for the body and for the mind.

Vinyasa Yoga:

The rhythmic breathing and the flow from posture to posture are the bases of this style that is more dynamic. It involves a series of different postures in each class accompanied by music. Its purpose is to coordinate the movement of the body with breathing. The benefits are an improvement of physical and mental strength, greater flexibility and a more acute concentration, much more vital energy and inner well-being.

Yin Yoga :

Yin and Yang are concepts of Taoism that expose the existing duality between everything that makes up this universe. Yin is a more meditative yoga because it is practiced with relaxed muscles and postures are maintained for longer. Its main benefits have a greater impact on the joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia where, according to Dr Motoyama, the meridians (energy lines) are found, increasing and mobilizing the “chi” or “prana” (the vital force) and providing a balance with the Life so yang that we currently lead.
