Ens posem molt contentes i tornem a entrenar com abans d&#8217;estar embarassades i \u00e9s aleshores quan les coses solen anar malament.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de donar a llum el cos necessita curar-se, connectar amb la teva faixa abdominal profunda i el teu terra p\u00e8lvic, aix\u00f2 \u00e9s la rehabilitaci\u00f3 postpart i totes les dones ho necessiten despr\u00e9s de ser mares.
